This resolution shows the value of being intentional and disciplined in maintaining my relationship with God. One never drifts toward holiness, it must be a regular fight. The fight is also a fight for freshness. Religious actions can easily and quickly become a rut and routine...like a check off on a "to do" list. Like any relationship--it is developed by spending quality time together.
